Please be sure to include where you are located and a way to contact you (i.e. phone number) |

Step 2 |
Fill out an application and sign the contract and send it to the coordinator you have been working with for approval. | ||
Step 3 |
Donation: NESR requests a donation of $100 for each dog adopted to help defray our expenses. NESR provides any medical care needed, and foster homes for all our dogs, this donation rarely covers everything we have spent but helps defray the costs. Transportation: It is the responsability of the adoptor to pay for transportation from the foster home, the crate (if needed) and the health certification from a Veterinarian (if needed). The coordinator you are working with will be able to give you an estimate of these expenses |
